Refund and return policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you made a purchase and didn't received your goods within 30 days please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or message us through our contact page, please use the template below.

How to return or exchange my item?
Dear customer, we're working consistently on improving our product quality and services.
Shipping costs for a returning item are not being covered by our return policy and you're free to use any shipping method that fits your budget. We highly recommending using shipping methods that includes tracking information.
To return an item, simply follow the instructions below.
Return fee $19 (the fee will be deducted from your refund)
Process for returns:
- Take at least 3 photos of the product - Make sure the photos are clear and show the product and the defective area.
- Pack the item properly with the ORIGINAL interior package, make sure the item fit the package properly to prevent it from getting more damaged on the way back to our warehouse.
- Send an email to Orders@CookBusters.com using this template:
- Order number
- Name on order
- Tracking number
- 3 Photos of the product attached as mentioned in 1.
- Send us the product using USPS first class services to the following address:
- Must include tracking information.
- We will review the item once it arrived back to our warehouse - Up to 15 business days from date delivered.
Make sure your order number or name on order is appears on or in the package.
Once the item received we will inspect it and will automatically refund (-$19 return fee).
Item received for return purposes must be sealed and UNUSED.
Item that has been used won't be refunded and will be sent back to the sender.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Orders@cookbusters.com to receive return details & shipping information.
