All you need is 1 crusty loaf of sourdough bread, 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Other ingredients include 1 stick of unsalted butter, 2 tbsp of fresh minced garlic, and 1 tbsp black garlic powder. Additionally use 1 tsp sea salt and 1 tbsp fresh parsley.
You need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F to make this pull apart recipe for cheese garlic bread. Then combine softened butter, garlic, black garlic powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and mix.

-1 crusty loaf of sourdough bread
-1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
-1/4 cup Parmesan
-1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter softened
-2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
-1 tbsp black garlic powder -1 tsp sea salt
-1 tbsp fresh parsley
1.Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.In a medium mixing bowl combine softened butter, garlic, black garlic powder and salt.
3.Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and whisk until completely melted.
4.Add the parsley and black pepper in as well and whisk
5.Cut the bread diagonally into 1" diamonds 3/4 deep into the loaf, don’t cut all the way through
6.Spread apart the cuts in the bread and drizzle the melted butter in between each section
7.Then stuff a bit of cheese throughout the cuts as well
8.Pour the Parmesan into the cracks as well
9.Baste the entire surface of the bread with more melted butter
10.Wrap the entire loaf of bread with foil and bake it for 20 minutes
11.If you want a crispy top, open the top of the foil and bake for another 10 minutes
